yep. I can vouch for that. I do LCHF the Swedish way: low carb/high fat as upping protein big time ain’t a good mix and you have to get your energy from somewhere. But there’s lots of hype out there esp online, so I recommend Diet 101: The Truth About Low Carb Diets by Jenny Ruhl. Jenny cuts through the spin.
