This is a major escalation of tactics by the Bush Administration, jailing them first, then deportation, rather than just deportation. Charges may be filed against the company who hired them. We’ll see if the company owners go to prison too.

Further proof, if any be needed, that the “immigration policy” of the US is a dismal failure and arguably run by lunatics.
