Mar Vista CA is just east of Venice in Los Angeles. These homes were built in the 1930’s, original sizes ares 1300 sq ft or so, prices here start at about $1.2 million.
Some of the landscaping and architecture is really nice. Except for bizarre grafting and squeezing big new homes on tiny lots.
