Northern California has wettest winter in decades

Weather stations in northern Sierra recorded 89.7 inches of precipitation this winter, breaking the 1982-83 record of 88.5 inches. A few counties still have water problems due to decreased groundwater levels, however for the most part, the drought is over.

Another El Nino may be be coming, so get ready California!
