The Bay Delta Conservation Plan ignores the needs of the Delta and puts the needs of Central Valley and southern California far ahead of the Delta and the Bay Area, says Democratic members of Congress. I agree with them. The planned massive tunnels will shunt huge amounts of water south with little regard  for what will happen to the Delta.
Members of Congress from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay-Delta region say Gov. Jerry Brown’s vaunted Bay Delta Conservation Plan will actually destroy the Delta it’s supposed to save.
