Jim Klinge, Jim The Realtor, in San Diego first got noticed during the real estate crash with his gonzo videos of homes for sale, drolly and sarcastically pointing out flaws in homes that often had been trashed by the foreclosed.
Things have calmed out a bit since then, with the San Diego market definitely now rebounding strongly. His videos and commentary are still fun to watch and Business week just profiled him.
