Condi Rice talks about world shocks

In a speech in Sacramento, Former Secretary of State Condi Rice discussed the three great recent shocks that changed our world forever. 9/11, the financial crisis, and the Arab Spring.

CalWatchdog was there and notes that Rice says she grew up in segregated Alabama, lost a friend in the 1963 Birmingham church bombing, and that her parents told her racism was the racist’s problem not hers.
