BTW, that jobs bill would have cut social security contributions in half – yes, that’s right, our supposedly Dem president wanted to slash contributions to a program that’s already underfunded. For 2011 he cut contributions by 2% of income, a 13% reduction, but this bill would have cut them by three times that. It would have done as much to kill social security as anything the GOP dares to dream about.
Anyone still think he’s on our side?
