Las Vegas is at it again, trying to grab water from anywhere it can, this time from rural Nevada and Utah. Considering that 50% of all water is used to generate electricity, how about Vegas demonstrates they are serious about water conservation by banning their deliberately excessive neon and lights as well as their air conditioned sidewalks.
