While this might help slightly, the best way to create jobs – now pay attention all you Congresscritters and White House lackeys – is by creating jobs via public works programs, by having a government that isn’t utterly dysfunctional so business has some confidence, by focusing on Main Street instead of shoveling hundreds of billion to the Wall Street.
But instead we get self-serving drivel from the White House.
