
Gosh, while I do fancy myself a coffee gourmet, I’ll have to pass at coffee beans passed through a civet. The result is reputed to be smooth and flavorful. Could be. But so is Kona coffee from Hawaii, and it is only $30-40 a pound.
I just want to know who the first guy was who saw a civet defecate and said “I really would like to grind that up and drink it.”
