Japan tells water treatment plants to keep rain out because of radioactivity

Japan realizes their disaster recovery program may have been ill-conceived

The Japan¬†government has suggested covering up open water treatment process equipment with tarps, “or to use powdered activated carbon that can help get rid of radioactive materials.”

This would be comical if it wasn’t so serious.
