Small World News has (via crowdsourcing) been translating the Speak2Tweet messages from Egypt (primarily into English, but French, Spanish, and German translations are available for a few). The project is officially a Small World News production with no participation from SayNow or Google, however we are in touch with both and have both their approval and encouragement.
