Evernote allows you to save text, photos, and voice notes. It will automatically scan images looking for text and index on that, which makes it perfect for business cards. You can import from other apps and there are lots of add-ons.
It lives on your laptop and mobile and syncs to the cloud. It’s now my primary way to keep track of notes and lists for business as well as home. When parking in a big lot, like at an airport, I take a photo of the sign indicating the area the car is in, then save it in Evernote. No more trying to remember where you parked the car.
Notes can be given categories as well as tags, making them easy to find.
