1. Hi Alan,
   Wow, so many facts I was not aware of. My question is if you feel your home was foreclosed on fraudulently who do you go to? I had a customer who I feel this happened to, a former Indymac loan that was bundled with many other loans and sold to Onewest who absolutely refused to modifiy because they make MORE money foreclosing due to the loss share agreements put in place. This family was wiped out and the pressure was so much that the couple divorced. Prior to the foreclosure I complained to the FDIC, office of thrift supervision and both Senators to no avail. Absolute corruption. Where will this all end!
