Seriously! They approved a ballot measure mandating free weed to low-income residents, organic growing methods, and offsetting the amount of electricity used to grow it.
Also, it’s getting comical how small growers don’t want legalization because 1) it might cut their profits and 2) the McDonaldization of growing might happen.
Both are spurious concerns. If it’s legal, grower’s costs will drop dramatically and boutique specialty marijuana will always have a market.
