After a 2 1/2 year battle, singer / songwriter Danny Tate was today deemed fully capable of handling his own affairs by a Nashville judge and given back control of his finances and decision-making process.

I know Danny. He’s a great guy and it appears he’s gone through Hell and come out the other side.
