Europe’s largest onshore wind farm will be completed ahead of schedule

It will have 140 turbines near Glasgow generating up to 322MW, enough for 180,000 homes.

Scotland has huge amounts of wind, wave, and tidal power potential. Perhaps one day they will be a net power exporter of renewable energy, after powering themselves first.

  1. Scotland already exports electric power to England and they get it cheaper than the locals according to the way the UK government loads the pricing.
