Will Mexico use the border fence to keep Americans out?

Guns and fighters are flowing from Texas to Mexico, reports the NYT. Three Americans got arrested after a pitched gun battle with police. Mexican police called them “hitmen,” and their gang, presumably drug-related, was armed with machine guns.

  1. If an American is running Guns or Drugs, shot the “bastard” and leave the body in the desert for the buzzards to deal with.
