Go to WordPress.COM and sign up. You’ll get free hosting and a stripped-down, version of the full WordPress.ORG software. My tech blog bobmorris.wordpress.com, uses this. WordPress.com is growing fast, adding new features all the time, and it’s a great way to get a blog going with a minimum of hassle and no cost.
When I say it’s “stripped-down”, while it does lack the full feature set of the WordPress.org version, it’s still quite powerful, and free is always good!
