L.A. Clippers owner accused of housing bias

The Justice Department filed a discimination suit against L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling who owns 100 apartment building in L.A. The suit accuses him of favoring Koreans, refusing to rent to African-Americans, Latinos, and families with children.

Sterling faced a similar lawsuit in 2003. The L.A. Times quotes him as saying “Hispanics smoke, drink and just hang around the building,” and “black tenants smell and attract vermin.” What a charming guy.

  1. The Clippers is a great team who always fought with all that they’ve got and they have many wonderful fans . I don’t think that the mistake of their owner will reflect on what they are doing right now.
