1. My favorite is “Arkansas with a beach.”

   I’m surprised that for Norway/Sweden there wasn’t some crack about Satanism. Ditto with Germany and Nazis, Thailand and kid prostitutes.

   I demand more thoroughly researched offense!

   • But they were far too nice to Iceland just saying “Bjork” rather than “Bankers more insane than in US”
