First, it is possible that some DTO members are leaving Arizona because they’re concerned about increasing police scrutiny. However, if anyone thinks they’re leaving for good, they’re sorely mistaken. DTOs may not operate with as much impunity in the US as they do in Mexico, but they certainly won’t be put off by a mere immigration law.
