Cow manure to biogas becoming mainstream business

Hi. Myself and the wife & kids will be powering your home today.

Agribusiness giant Cargill has announced another biogas project, this on a farm with 6,000 cows. Enough electricity to power 1,000 homes will be produced from methane created by anerobic digestion of cow manure.

What once was a liability and business expense, disposing of all the manure, is becoming an income stream. Power gets generated locally. And the planet is happier too, as there are less GHG emissions and polluted watersheds. Everyone wins.
