Irish bishop resigns over coverup of pedophile priest, issues non-apology apology

The Vatican is completely silent about this. Bishop Donal Murray’s resignation statement said nothing about his role in the coverup and instead just spewed sanctimonious hypocrisy about how he only wants the victims to find ‘closure and serenity,’ neglecting to mention they might also want justice too.
Has the Vatican disciplined him for his role in the coverup? Don’t be silly, of course not.
