Pennsylvania police officers indicted in cover-up of immigrant’s killing

Four out of seven officers in Shenandoah, PA have been indicted on federal charges, three for the cover-up, one for unrelated corruption. This includes their three top-ranked officers. Sounds like a complete cesspool.
