That’s what the CEOs said after their big meet-up with Obama yesterday. Apparently their lobbyists had just skittered off unattended and ended up unduly influencing legislation, something the CEOs found quite disturbing indeed. They promised to chasten such renegade lobbyists should they ever attempt this foolishness again. Really. They promise.
