Coca-Cola introduces “PlantBottle” made partly from plants

Their new bottle is composed 30% from byproducts of sugar cane and molasses processing. Plus, the manufacturing process reduces carbon emission up to 25% compared with traditional bottles.

[This] “sets the course for us to realize our vision to eventually introduce bottles made with materials that are 100 percent recyclable and renewable” says their CEO.
