PUMA (Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility Project) is a self-balancing two-wheeled vehicle, capable of 25 mph, that will go 25 miles between charges – and monitor and communicate with traffic around it.
In other GM news, the company says they will keep the Volt EV plug-in hybrid, even if it loses money.
