AIG offices patrolled by armed guards

The American public entering AIG offices with a few questions to ask.

Things appear to be shrieking chaos inside AIG now. Death threats. Angry phone class. Armed guards.

“It’s going to blow up,” said a senior Financial Products manager, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak for the company. “I have a horrible, horrible, horrible feeling that this is going to end badly.”

All that AIG management has to do is rescind the bonuses. Nothing less is acceptable. Or perhaps the federal government needs to do it for them since it appears they are simply greedy pigs who care about nothing except their personal wealth.

    I’m betting this will be quelled once the tax bill gets passed to tax the earnings of those getting the bonuses by 70 to 90%. I think they should re-impliment the taxes they put in place in the late 1930s through the 1940s that placed a 80 to 90% tax on income over a million dollars.

    Sure, adjust it for current value, maybe $5M to $10M. You’d see a lot of these people that make a ton of money for running companies into the ground quickly restricting their income, probably by re-investing it in long term improvements. Maybe you’d see those peanut factories with mold growing on the ceiling actually getting cleaned…
