A student group, Students for Justice in Palestine, says they forced the administration to divest because of human rights abuses in Palestine, but the college says it was a broad-based move towards socially responsible investment and wasn’t targeting Israel.
Zionists led by Alan Dershowitz threaten boycott of Hampshire
Not sure what exactly divesting from Hampshire would look like, but this does seem a bit ironic from the person who has railed against the academic boycott of Israel.
The last thing Zionists want is for this to become a trend.
