Oregon Public Radio profiles White Zombie, a ’72 Datsun turned onto a street legal electric vehicle that routinely blows away Corvettes, BMWs and most anything else at the drag strip, while setting world records. Also profiled is an electric motorcycle that goes from 0-60 in a mind-boggling two seconds.
White Zombie is owned by John ‘Plasma boy’ Wayland who says you can be environmentally conscious and have fun at the same time (while leaving muscle cars in the dust.)
