Track the Israel Gaza Conflict using social media

Mashable recommends using CrisisWire, WhosTalkin, and Social Mention to aggregate info on Gaza from dozens of social networking sites into one location. Remember, someone with a cell phone and a Twitter account can often get news out fast and first when no one else can. So, real-time websites like these can be invaluable.

You can also use Twitter Search or use FriendFeed to aggregate news from multiple sources into a Room (like I’m doing with Madoff and Dreier)

If you haven’t used these sites before, just jump in. Once you start, you’ll find them both simple to use and powerful.
