Supreme Court declines to hear Obama nationality case

Even some of the hard right agrees, telling their conspiracy nuts to STFU.

David Horowitz

What difference does it make to the future of this country whether Obama was born on U.S. soil? Advocates of this destructive campaign will argue that the constitutional principle regarding the qualifications for president trumps all others. But how viable will our Constitution be if five Supreme Court justices should decide to void 64 million ballots?

Respect for election results is one of the most durable bulwarks of our unity as a nation. Conservatives need to accept the fact that we lost the election, and get over it.

  1. How can it in any way be described as a “conspiracy” to simply ask a candidate for the most important leadership position in the U.S. – and the world to produce the most basic of American proof-a birth cert. ???

Only to be told he doesn’t want to provide it…much less even provide his universty records? Truly mysterious. Although, I do agree with Horowitz completely…but the whole thing really leaves many questions, one can only ask why?
