This is the miscreant vehicle. Um, if it was a UFO, why would it being traveling on the ground using wheels?

Aw, the cops probably just wanted to have a closer look at it. They’re probably worried that this is the sort of vehicle they’ll be trying to transport drunks and criminals in, or maybe their families in a few years. It does look as if it could ‘lift off’ given the right speed.
