Denver police are twitchy and ill-prepared for DNC protests

Denver police have gone so far as to circulate a memo to commissioned officers warning against possible nefarious DNC protest activity like camping and carrying maps. Bicycles too.
Lordy, they do seem clueless, don’t they? And looking for trouble in all the wrong places too.
