Cedar Rapids: “It looks like Katrina”

Countless homes and businesses are lost. Crops, especially corn have been wiped out. A 300 mile section of the Mississippi is closed, something that will have a major impact on shipping and transportation.
This is like Katrina, but for an entire state.
