New use for governmental surveillance

A Manchester UK band, The Get Out Clause, was too broke to afford a camera crew to record a video, so they played in front of eighty of of the thousands of surveillance video cameras in the UK - then requested a copy of the video under the Freedom of Information Act. Twenty of camera operators complied and the band now has their video!
