Vermont towns vote to indict Bush and Cheney

The Vermont towns of Brattleboro and Marlboro have voted to indict Bush and Cheney for crimes against the Constitution and have instructed police to arrest them should they set foot in their towns.
May hundreds of other municipalities do the same.
