All respondents, whether or not they blogged, reported feeling less anxious, depressed and stressed after two months of online social networking.
Really? Personally, I’m feeling anxious, depressed, and stressed because of all the things I’m not getting done because I’m blogging!
The only answer then, is to blog about it.
