Thinking of traveling to Europe?

We had two cups of coffee and one lemon tart at the hotel in Paris and it came to almost 50 dollars. Two cups of tea in our hotel in London cost us 20 dollars.
A quick check at Expedia shows hotel rooms in London are averaging $300-500 a night while New York City has many for under $200.

I used to buy slot cars from London. I could buy 2 for $60 including shipping, etc. Here in the states I could buy of the same cars for $45.
Now, the cars would cost about $80 from London. Not much savings anymore.
