Free speech victory! Permits secured for Pentagon demonstration. Be there.
The DC protest will be part of mass antiwar demonstrations across the country on March 17, including LA and SF. Hundreds of buses from all over the east and midwest are already coming.
(In their usual stunning display of solidarity, United for Peace has called for a demo in NYC on the 18th. I guess they forgot to say “Bring the Troops Home Now, End the War in Iraq” on their home page, because it’s nowhere to be seen. Antiwar Lite anyone?)
