And it’s finally on the market (MLS# R2068684). The Realtor.com listing should be online now, plus I did a website, 6944EncinoAve.com with more information and bigger photos.
One big plus. It’s quite near the Orange Line dedicated busway that goes to the Red Line subway, and then to Hollywood and downtown. It’s just $3 for a day pass and there’s lots of free parking at the Orange Line station. Thus, you can commute downtown in less than an an hour on quick, clean, new mass transit and avoid freeways completely. In fact, that’s what Sue will be doing when she starts at a new client tomorrow. Being able to do this in LA in a luxury most don’t have because there’s no subway or busway near them.
And if you’re startled by the price, prices are sharply higher on the Westside on LA where you might get a 2 bdr condo for the same price. Might.
