Legislator applies to grow hemp

A North Dakota legislator has applied to be the first licensed hemp farmer in the nation. This is long overdue. Hemp has long been grow in other countries like Canada and has many uses, as detailed in the image from Purdue University.
The DEA still has to approve the hemp farming, something Australia did long ago.
