Is Google pals with the CIA?

Homeland Stupidity thinks so. Their comprehensive report ends with this tidbit.

“People averse to the risk of exposing their online activities to government surveillance should take Google’s studious silence as confirmation,” writes Cato Institute director of information policy studies Jim Harper.

P.S. Scoble says John Battelle says Google says it’s not true except Battelle provides no link to Google having said it. Hmmm, this sounds like something the CIA would be involved in, doesn’t it?
