The people clearly oppose the war(s). Yet the rulers in both parties continue the current insane invasions as they plot to start new ones. If the Democrats take both houses, the wars will not end. Both parties are deeply complicit in the bloodthirsty imperialist policies of the U.S.
It’s time to get in the streets again. The ANSWER Coalition has called for locally coordinated demos nationwide this Saturday.
Here in L.A., we will assemble at Hollywood and Vine at noon, march to the CNN Building where a People’s Tribunal will be held on why the wars are illegal and how they’ve devastated entire countries and damaged communities and lives here too.
I’ll be blogging about the L.A. protest all this week.
