You need to rename your ‘Integrity Systems‘, and having Dunn step down as chair but remain on the board is stonewalling and dumb.
The FBI, House of Reps, US Attorney General, California Attorney General, and SEC are investigating. Someone will get nailed for obstruction of justice or making a false statement, because invariably, it’s the coverup that brings you down, not the actual crime. But it appears HP will have to learn the hard way. With that many ongoing investigations, it’s a given they will too.
