From the planet of the insane

The suicides of three detainees at the US base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, amount to acts of war, the US military says.

“Act of war?” I find that to be a very curious statement. Gitmo needs to be
shut down. If we have enough on those guys to hold them, we have enough to
charge them. If not, we need to send them back to where we got them.

It’s quite scary that someone so far removed from reality has so much authority.

They call it an act of warfare against the USA. Next thing you know, terrorists worldwide will hang themselves, you know, to create what can only be called an all out terror campaign against the USA. By this logic, the Department of Homeland Security will be setting up an Anti-Suicide hotline for the alleged terrorists… so that they can be held without charge.

My goodness, the problem is not that there are morons out there, it’s that these complete morons are in positions of power.
