I am very sorry for your loss to the family and you have done him great honor. I too have lost my 16 year old son to a principle who threatened him for something he didnt do. It feels like nobody cares and teachers and administrators think they are above the law. By the way they have enough protection with legislature maybe they are. My fight is still ongoing for justice.
