Body & Soul juxtapositions mine owners dodging regulations while lower income taxpayers have their refunds deliberately withheld by the IRS.
Amount of time you get to break the law without anyone responding if you’re a business: Two years.
Amount of time you can be assumed without evidence to be breaking the law if you’re working poor: Three years.
